For more information, please visit their website: RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all finance and accounting functions across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury and daily financial operations. Deliver accurate, timely and reliable financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidence in financial information provided to leadership and private equity stakeholders. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadence, including board-level materials, investor updates, and performance dashboards aligned to PE value creation objectives. Build, implement, and refine financial systems, processes, and controls to support a scaling business environment and enable PE-level financial discipline and accountability. Drive the development and integration of business systems across CRM, accounting and inventory platforms, ensuring they support operational execution. Work closely within the business to understand workflows and operational needs, with direct involvement in execution to translate them into effective systems and processes. Support the transition from an entrepreneurial environment to a more structured, professional, and accountable operating model aligned with private equity expectations for financial governance and growth tracking. Partner closely with the President as a key internal leader, providing operational support and enabling focus on external growth priorities, including strategic initiatives tied to investor value creation. Contribute to organizational effectiveness, including performance management, accountability structures and cross-functional alignment. Provide oversight of administrative and compliance-related functions such as contracts, regulatory requirements and internal policies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation strongly preferred; CFA or equivalent considered an asset. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership of the full finance function within a growth-oriented organization. Proven experience in a structured, professional business environment, with exposure to private equity backed or high-performance environments considered an asset. Demonstrated experience enhancing and optimizing core business systems, including CRM, accounting and operational platforms. Experience supporting or leading financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting within a growth-oriented organization. Track record of operating in hands-on roles with the ability to build, implement and improve processes and systems.
