Opportunity People Consulting Workforce Advisory - Senior Manager Learning Services EY Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Learning Services within People Consulting. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering largescale, transformationdriven learning and change initiatives for leading organizations. You will combine deep expertise in enterprise learning solutions with change management and people consulting capabilities, supporting complex system, process, and operating model transformations. You will work closely with senior client leadership, EY engagement teams, and global delivery resources to design and deliver highimpact learning, training, and change strategies that enable adoption, build capability, and drive sustainable business outcomes. Learning Strategy & Delivery Leadership Act as the accountable learning delivery lead, overseeing and directing teams of instructional designers and training content developers (onshore, offshore, and thirdparty resources) to design and build training solutions that meet client business, transformation, and adoption objectives. Lead endtoend learning strategy, design, and execution for largescale system and processbased transformations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle / PeopleSoft, Guidewire, Microsoft D365). Provide overall quality assurance and governance for training content development, ensuring alignment with approved learning strategies, instructional design standards, client requirements, and EY quality expectations. Demonstrate strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with the ability to confidently guide teams in the effective application of design principles, tools, and formats to create engaging, scalable, and learnercentric training solutions. Lead learning development teams within fastpaced, complex transformation programs, adapting delivery approaches to agile and iterative development cycles while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with broader change and transformation goals. Ensure integration between learning, change management, and transformation workstreams, aligning training content with communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies. Provide strategic direction and handson leadership to resolve delivery challenges, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Change Management & People Consulting Design and deliver holistic change management and training strategies across a range of transformation contexts, including operating model design, organization design, culture transformation, and strategic workforce initiatives. Partner with senior client leadership to create alignment, sponsorship, and readiness for change. Develop integrated change approaches that clearly articulate how change will be managed, adopted, and sustained throughout the transformation lifecycle. Identify and deploy leadingedge communication, learning, and stakeholder engagement tools to support agile and iterative transformation programs. Apply deep understanding of complex change concepts to deliver programs that enable behavioral and capability shifts. Program & Project Leadership Own accountability for scope, budget, risk, quality, and communications across multiple concurrent learning and change initiatives. Lead and coordinate crossfunctional and global delivery teams. Manage interactions with clientfacing teams, business support services, and delivery partners to ensure learning materials meet agreed design specifications and quality standards. Monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are informed of outcomes and next steps. Deliver highquality professional services while managing client expectations and priorities. Business Development & Growth Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and developing client proposals. Leverage project delivery experience and client relationships to support revenue growth and longterm account development. Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders. Collaborate across EY service lines to identify integrated solutions that address client needs. Build and maintain strong internal and external networks. People Leadership & Culture Lead, coach, and develop highperforming teams, providing constructive onthejob feedback and career guidance. Foster an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with EY values. Manage and develop talent across multiple engagements, including mentoring junior team members and future leaders. Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and continuously stay current with trends in learning, change, and advisory services. Required Experience And Qualifications Approximately 810 years of related professional services and/or external consulting experience 8+ years of progressive experience in learning, training, and development, including leadership of complex learning programs 3+ years of experience managing learning solution projects, budgets, and teams Handson experience with learning development tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms Demonstrated experience supporting largescale technology transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) with associated training and change initiatives Proven experience in change management, stakeholder management, communications, organizational design, training, and culture change Strong project and program management experience, including managing multiple workstreams and delivery teams Undergraduate degree required; Masters degree preferred Flexibility and willingness to travel as required Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audience. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a record of effective client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
