About the Role As the Production Manager at Roma Moulding, you will be the driving force behind the daytoday production operations of the company, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. Youll lead a team, streamline processes, and work crossfunctionally to meet business objectives. From overseeing production workflows to managing logistics, your role will be integral in keeping the business running smoothly. Your leadership will shape our operational strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that the company meets its performance goals. You will balance shortterm operational needs with longterm business growth, ensuring that all functions are aligned and working toward a shared vision. What You Will Own Team Leadership & Development : Lead and manage a team, ensuring they work efficiently and cohesively to meet daily and longterm business goals. Operational Efficiency : Oversee the execution of daytoday operations across production to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance. CrossDepartment Collaboration : Collaborate closely with leadership across departments (e.g., IT, sales, production, and customer care) to ensure alignment of operations with company goals. Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success, driving accountability and results across teams. ProblemSolving & Issue Resolution : Address and resolve operational issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Budgeting & Cost Management : Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring costeffectiveness and maximizing ROI. Strategic Planning : Contribute to longterm business strategies by providing insights on operational improvements, resource allocation, and future scalability. Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all areas of operations. Leadership & Training : Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to excel.
