Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define and execute a long-term business strategy that drives both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. Executive Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, budget forecasting, and key financial metrics to drive business decisions.
