This role ensures that Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with the needs of Sentrexs Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Clinic Solutions teams. The Salesforce Lead Developer will work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding business analysts, administrators, MuleSoft developers, QA specialists, and operations teams to deliver highquality solutions supporting the full patient journey. This role has no formal peopleleadership responsibilities but provides technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and administrators. A Day in the Life (What you will do here): Platform Solution Design & Development Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting PSP and Clinic Solutions workflows. Build and maintain custom Lightning Web Components, Apex code, OmniScripts, integrations, and automation. Translate business requirements into highquality technical solutions that align with platform architecture standards. Ensure compliance with Canadian healthcare privacy and regulatory requirements. Platform Enhancements & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business priorities. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management. Identify opportunities to optimize performance, security, and user experience. Integration & Data Management Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to design and support APIdriven integrations. Maintain data quality, integrity, and security across Salesforce and connected systems. Support consentdriven governance and secure data handling practices. Quality, Operations & Reliability Ensure development follows best practices for stability, maintainability, and testing. Resolve Tier 2 production support tickets Contribute to high availability, platform reliability, and adherence to SLA expectations. Work closely with administrators, analysts, and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. Provide technical mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators. Contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and coding standards. Other duties as assigned by your manager What you need to ensure you are set up for success: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of handson Salesforce development experience , including Apex, LWC, triggers, OmniScript, integrations, and declarative automation. Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical vertical is an asset Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and best practices. Experience working with API integrations (REST/SOAP), ideally with MuleSoft. Experience working with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps Experience working in Agile environments with structured release processes. Excellent analytical, problemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment with evolving requirements. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
