Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical expertise in .NET development, a solid understanding of TSQL database programming, and extensive experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, proficient in migrating legacy systems, and capable of creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging front-end experiences using various technologies. Required Skills And Qualifications Extensive experience in .NET development with a proven track record of delivering complex applications Solid background in TSQL database programming, with expertise in writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and managing database interactions Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Patterns, applying them in real-world scenarios to improve code maintainability and readability Experience in migrating legacy systems, analyzing old code, and understanding legacy processes through documentation and code review Handson experience designing and developing GUIs and working with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) Demonstrated leadership and initiative in technical projects, with a proven record of taking ownership of project modules or entire projects Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills Key Responsibilities Lead the endtoend design, development, and deployment of sophisticated software solutions using the .NET framework Take ownership of specific modules or whole projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction Mentor junior and midlevel developers, promoting best coding practices and continuous improvement Drive technical decisionmaking, code reviews, and enforce coding standards Develop and optimize TSQL queries and manage database schema changes Apply ObjectOriented principles and design patterns to create modular, maintainable, and scalable code Analyze legacy systems, understand existing processes, and plan strategic migration initiatives Design and implement user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across various frontend platforms Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers Maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management tools Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Ideal Candidate Profile Proactive, initiativedriven professional with strong leadership qualities Excellent communicator capable of influencing technical teams and stakeholders Capable of managing multiple priorities with a strategic mindset Passionate about continuous learning and technical excellence Compensation: 90-130k CAD Benefits Flexibility: Enjoy unlimited vacation, based on your location and business priorities.
