Senior Electrical Engineer Arnprior, ON Full-Time On-Site (with some flexibility) Engineering confidence in mission-critical systems. Design rugged electronics, embedded systems, and electrified vehicle platforms for industries where reliability is nonnegotiable, including Aerospace, Defense, Electric Vehicles, Smart IoT. Our client partners with clients to bring complex hardware and software solutions to life from concept to certification. Were seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of high-performance electrical and embedded systems. Youll take ownership of complex projects, drive technical decisions, and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is primarily onsite in Arnprior, ON, with some flexibility for focused remote work. What Youll Do Lead the endtoend design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, control, and embedded electronics Architect integrated hardware/software solutions and systemlevel designs Oversee verification, validation, and certification activities (DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD, etc.) Guide and mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices Collaborate directly with clients to define requirements, present designs, and provide technical guidance Identify and solve complex design challenges across multidisciplinary projects What You Bring Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (masters preferred) 7+ years of professional experience in electrical design, embedded systems, or power electronics Proven experience with CAD tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence, or similar) Deep understanding of hardware/software integration and systemlevel design Expertise with certification standards (DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD) Excellent problemsolving, communication, and documentation abilities Eligible for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
