The Opportunity Were hiring a Product Manager to help define and execute the vision of one of our most important product offerings. You will drive development, optimize product economics, and partner across teams to ensure delivery and innovation. You will also play a key role in product ownership, crossfunctional alignment, and team leadership as we scale. You will have two Product Owners reporting to you that are selfmanaged and with the technical and business skills to make you successful. Key Responsibilities Help define the vision for our product and create a roadmap in line with business goals. Translate the vision and strategy for the products into tasks for development. Understand the architecture of our product and how it interacts with other products and parts of the business. Lead and work very closely with our Product Owner and Product Analysts and oversee the execution of our vision for this product. Own the end to end development of the product. Contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint. Manage and prioritize the backlog for the team. Be responsible for the P&L of the product with a focus on unit economics and efficiency. Keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery. Work towards defining and tracking key KPIs to monitor the impact of delivered features. Lead R&D initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance the product and work closely with our ML and Data Science teams. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and anticipate client and user needs. Review existing processes and flows to identify new opportunities and areas that need enhancements, including the development process. Complete regular market analysis, always having an eye on the competitive landscape. Collect and analyze information, solve complex problems rationally, and make decisions on time for enhanced productivity. Interview, onboard, and manage direct reports. Provide guidance and be an example to others in the organization. Requirements What You Bring 5+ years of wellrounded travel industry experience (NDC New Distribution Capability, GDS Global Distribution System and/or OTA Online Travel Agency) with experience in flights. Strategic thinker with critical decision making skills Output and delivery driven; experience working under pressure in a fastpaced role with significant context switching Highly influential, proactive leader with a strong business acumen Strong technical skills and extensive experience working with APIs Exceptional organizational and project management skills Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial at heart with a focus on culture building Passion for problem solving and root cause analysis Team player demonstrating awesome leadership skills and desire to help develop employees Ability to find the balance between user needs and business goals while questioning and validating assumptions along the way What Success Looks Like Ambition and dedication to make a difference and change the way people travel; Where we always play to each other''s strength in a highperforming team reaching for our common goal.
