As an Engineering Manager, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, champion delivery excellence, and ensure innovative engineering solutions that create lasting, meaningful impact. Our Resources subsector within WSPs Energy, Resources & Industry (ERI) group supports industrial and mining clients across Canada. For decades, our experts have delivered economic studies, project management, detailed engineering, procurement, site management, commissioning, programming, and full EPCM execution across a wide range of heavy industrial environments. Your Impact Lead the preparation and quality of all technical project documentation. Provide guidance and decisions on complex engineering issues. Ensure engineering work aligns with WSP processes, procedures, and quality standards. Promote innovation, collaboration, client focus, and continuous improvement. Support project engineering planning, scheduling, and deliverable definition. Allocate and oversee engineering resources to meet project needs. Monitor performance, productivity, and budget adherence; address issues proactively. Improve engineering tools, processes, and overall efficiency. Produce regular progress reports and maintain strong stakeholder communication. Oversee field engineering and maintain alignment with client and discipline leads. Track and document continuous improvement opportunities. The Skills That Set You Apart Bachelors Degree in Engineering. P.Eng status in any Canadian province. 15 years relevant experience including experience in leadership and supervisory roles. Must possess broad experience in the execution of multidiscipline engineering work on large / complex projects across the complete EPC/EPCM lifecycle, including field engineering experience. Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 $162,800 MB & ON: $112,100 $154,400 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $104,500 $140,700 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
