There is no base salary. This role is designed for elite ''hunters'' who prefer the uncapped upside of high-ticket commissions over the limitations of a salary. The Mission: Disrupting Real Estate Marketing At BrickByBrick Productions, we help top-tier real estate agents escape the ''Cold Calling Hamster Wheel'' by building them a high-authority YouTube Pipeline. Ironically, we use aggressive outbound cold calling to find these agents and show them a better way. We provide the leads; you provide the grit to close them. Key Responsibilities: The Daily Execution High-Volume Cold Calling: Execute 80100+ outbound touches per day via our GHL dialer. Lead Management (Leads Provided): We provide the lead lists and the warm inbound traffic. You are responsible for calling, qualifying, and closing. GHL Mastery: You will live in GoHighLevel (GHL). You must be able to manage pipelines, move opportunities, and handle automated follow-ups with zero errors. The Close: Take prospects from ''Who is this?'' to ''Sign me up'' by explaining the ROI of YouTube organic growth over expensive, ''rented'' Zillow leads. What You Bring (Requirements) 2+ Years of Sales Experience: A documented history of hitting targets in a high-pressure, high-activity sales environment. Cold Call Resilience: You view ''No'' as just another step toward a ''Yes.'' You can handle high rejection rates without losing your edge. GoHighLevel (GHL) Proficiency: You must be fluent in GHL. We need you to hit the ground running on day one. Self-Driven Discipline: Since this is a remote, commission-only role, your paycheck depends entirely on your discipline and output. Compensation & Performance Structure 100% Commission: Uncapped earnings. You get paid for your production. High-Ticket Payouts: Our packages are high-value ($2k$5k+). Your commissions reflect that.
