The Manager, Marketing & Communications is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational execution of BGEs marketing function. This role translates strategic direction into actionable plans, sets clear priorities, and ensures consistent messaging across all internal and external audiences. Working closely with the Senior Director, Product Management & Marketing, the Manager drives alignment across Sales, Product, and internal teams to strengthen BGEs brand as the leading provider of indoor air quality solutions. The day-to-day activities of ourManager, Marketing and Communicationwill includes: Marketing Leadership Translate strategic direction into actionable plans that align with BGEs organizationalobjectives. Set performance goals and lead initiatives that strengthen brand presence, market impact, scalability, and alignment across the organization. Communications Leadership Champion consistent, clear, and strategic messaging across all internal and external communications. Oversee communication standards, ensure alignment with brand identity, and guide the development of campaigns, content, and customer-facing assets. Reporting and Analytics Design and manage annual marketing plans and budgets. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure marketing activities drive measurable results, support organizational priorities, and enable continuous improvement. Transformation Change Agent Lead modernization of the marketing function by advancing digital tools, workflows, and processes, including automation and the adoption ofAI enabledmarketing capabilities. Collaborate withcross functional partners on digital transformation initiatives Teamwork and Continuous Improvement Coordinate cross functional collaboration to support organizational goals and ensure consistent messaging and execution. Build scalable processes, lead post campaign reviews, and guide improvements to strengthen efficiency, quality, and responsiveness. The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume : 7 - 10 years of progressive experience executing marketing strategies, including 2+ years of leadership experience. Experience in a B2B sales environment Post-Secondary is an asset, showing commitment and knowledge in a field such as business management or engineering. Experience with translating organizational strategy into actionable marketing plans, programs, and processes. Experience overseeing internal and external communications in a complex organization. Background managing budgets, agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
