What You''ll Do Assists in providing direction and the coordination of the Overnight Stocking as per communicated priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team. Assesses the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required. Ensures that defective merchandise is taken to the claims room. Manages general responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, including managing accidents that occur during the overnight shift. Inspects premises of assigned areas within the store to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities are in compliance. Participates in training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results. Minimum Salary The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.85.
