The Data Analyst will join the Performance Analytics team supporting Client''s Private Asset Investments. This team analyzes performance results and underlying drivers, particularly at year end, using advanced modeling techniques. The role provides exposure to private asset investment areas including infrastructure, private debt, and mortgage asset classes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a finance or mathematics background, and the ability to contribute quickly to project work. Key Responsibilities Create and upgrade Power BI report templates to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders. Design and build centralized SQL databases for private markets data; automate Power BI report generation. Maintain and deliver existing Power BI reports for private markets products. Engage in Sylvan performance IRR module testing and prepare results reports. Assist in verification of daily performance data and compliance processes. Support investment, fund valuation, performance, and client reporting processes for institutional accounts. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Fresh graduate or 02 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python. Solid understanding of SQL databases and Power BI functionality. Advanced Excel spreadsheet and modeling skills. Knowledge of private asset classes and originated assets, including fixed income performance measurement and attribution. SOFT SKILLS Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across internal and external teams. Strong planning, communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS CFA candidate or charter holder. Strong fixed income knowledge. EDUCATION University degree in Finance or Mathematics required. CFA certification is a plus. BEST VS. AVERAGE CANDIDATE Best candidates are technically strong and able to contribute to project work quickly.
