Position Summary Empowering our client to proactively safeguard IS Systems, preventing incidents and outages, while enabling efficient and informed support through timely and actionable alerts. Key Responsibilities Responsibility for gate keeping, optimizing system performance and avoiding system design deficiencies related to the overall application landscape Completing all system documentation and knowledge transfer of the implemented system to support team Supporting the problem management process by analyzing trends for recurring issues and propose solutions Must have in-depth experience in SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM administration Required Qualifications Hands on knowledge and experience in SAP Solman, SAP Focused Run and SAP Cloud ALM monitoring tools and SAP change management configuration. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Good time Management skills The S4 upgrade experience will be an added advantage Compensation Salary Range: $46.00 $92.00 per hour/year Additional Information Our recruitment process is led by human recruiters who review all applications and make the final hiring decisions.
