We are hiring a Director of Multimodal Performance and Gateway Analytics Position summary: The Halifax Port Authority is seeking a seasoned leader with a strong combination of supply chain, container terminal and/or intermodal operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and analytical skills, to join our team. Reporting to our Senior Vice President, this role includes managing the continuous improvement cycle (Plan, Execute, Measure and Adjust) of multimodal operations. To accomplish this,the Director will serve as a dedicated resource for HPA, overseeing progress against clearly definedstandards, delivering performance insights, supporting transshipment, intermodal recovery efforts,enhancing analytical reporting, and responding to market-driven service inquiries. Considering its major influence on market relationships, business growth, and port revenue, this role will focus on facilitation rather than direct operations.
