Overview Were partnering with a leading CPG company to find a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and contribute to the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Details Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential for extension) Location: North York, ON (Hybrid 3 days/week on-site) Key Responsibilities Manage relationships and deliverables with external agencies (PR, shopper marketing, advertising, research, graphic design, etc.) efficiently and cost-effectively. Provide regular updates on brand performance by tracking shipment volumes, consumption trends, competitive activity, and in-market initiatives. Conduct market and brand analysis to support strategic planning and execution within a fast-moving CPG environment. Oversee brand budgets and invoicing processes, liaising with both Finance and external vendors. Develop compelling presentations to communicate strategy, performance, and insights. Interpret and apply findings from qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and marketing decisions. Assist in the development and management of artwork, packaging, SKU changes, and merchandising materials. Support the creation and implementation of consumer activation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance) and liaise with international counterparts in the US and global offices (Luxembourg, Alba). Work with legal to ensure proper use of brand assets and compliance in third-party interactions. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience or exposure to brand marketing in the CPG industry Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated project management capabilities and organizational skills Familiarity with AC Nielsen or other syndicated data sources Budget management experience preferred Bilingualism (French and/or Italian) is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
