Youll develop innovative programs and data-driven campaigns collaborating with brand, product marketing, content, digital, alliances, and RevOps. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth, you''ll work closely with cross-functional partners. Your primary focus will be to build and execute campaigns that fuel our pipeline and accelerate our mission of helping companies shine in every response. What Youll Be Doing Develop and own the demand-generation strategy, setting vision, goals, metrics, and roadmaps for multichannel campaigns (digital, events, paid media, partners, etc.). Lead the execution of integrated campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects (awareness to MQL to SQL), collaborating closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Development. Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations for alignment on target markets, buyer personas, lead scoring, qualification criteria, and hand-off processes. Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, attribution modelling, and analytics to measure performance, pipeline contribution, CPL/CPA, and optimize ROI continuously. Manage budget, forecasting, and resource allocation for demand generation, optimizing spend across channels and geographies, and reporting results to senior leadership. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance demand generation/growth team, setting clear KPIs, driving process improvement, and fostering a culture of testing and learning. Directly own the holistic growth engine, encompassing performance marketing (paid acquisition), and lifecycle marketing, setting the integrated growth standard. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., ABM, AI in marketing), and the competitive landscape to ensure differentiation and innovation in growth and acquisition strategies. What Youll Bring To The Team You have an innate sense of urgency and accountability, and can model this tempo for your team and the broader organization. 10+ years in demand generation/acquisition marketing, with 5+ years in a B2B leadership role responsible for pipeline and revenue. Proven track record of scaling demand-generation programs and consistently delivering aggressive growth targets in a B2B/SaaS environment. Expertise in digital channels (paid media, SEO, email, etc.), marketing automation (HubSpot), and CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot CRM). Deep analytical skills covering attribution, ROI, forecasting, performance optimization, and high fluency in metrics and funnels. Strong knowledge of ABM, lead scoring, segmentation, and buyerjourney optimization. Excellent crossfunctional leadership, stakeholder management (especially with Sales/RevOps), and communication skills. Enjoys leading from the front and raising the standard for execution in a scaleup environment.
