- **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a senior business analyst for assigned programs, translating complex operational, financial, and client requirements into clear insights and actionable recommendations. * Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact analysis to support operational changes, system enhancements, and new client initiatives. * Analyze multisource datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to workforce capacity, service levels, reimbursement performance, and financial outcomes. * Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and forecasts to support pricing decisions, investment requests, and program optimization. * Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and analytical approaches aligned to program and client objectives. * Evaluate downstream impacts of policy, reimbursement, or workflow changes and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. * Translate analytical findings into executiveready narratives, dashboards, and decision materials for senior leadership and clients. * Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting, billing, forecasting, and performance measurement. * Guide Program Manager teams and support product development initiatives. * Identify and mitigate risks while fostering continuous improvement. * Report all Adverse Events promptly to designated units. * Perform additional duties as assigned.* University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education;* Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry;* Minimum 2 years experience in management;* Minimum 1-2 years client management experience;* Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies, Health Canada and / or risk management programs;* General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, operational policies and processes, and clinical research;* Bilingual (French/English) an asset.* Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry* Strong business and financial acumen* Strategic thinker and influential on client needs* Strong analytical and mathematical skills, model resources and generating reporting trends* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and strong presentation skills* Effective interpersonal and leadership skills and demonstrates a followership model and develop teams capabilities* Effective organizational skills; attention to detail, demonstrates critical thinking to provide out of box solutions* Ability to consistently meet deadlines and make concrete decisions* Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently* Collaborator and drives for results* Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently;* Critical thinking skills;* Strong pharmaceutical & biotechnology business knowledge, including client management and healthcare professional communications; and* Proficient working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs* Advanced business analysis and problemstructuring skills, including requirements definition and impact assessment.* Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights.* Proven experience developing executivelevel business cases, forecasts, and scenario models.* Expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.* Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, finance, technology, and client teams.* Advanced understanding of patient support programsCencora is a leading global pharmaceutical solutions company that is committed to improving the lives of people and animals everywhere.
