The Senior FF&E Analyst supports the Tim Hortons Development Program by overseeing the daytoday workload of FF&E Analysts and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of Schedule A equipment packages for new builds, remodels, and restaurant reinvestment projects. This role acts as the first level of escalation to remove roadblocks that impact project timelines, safeguards compliance and billing accuracy, and supports vendor performance initiatives critical to meeting annual restaurant opening targets. RBI follows a 5 day, inoffice work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight Lead, coordinate, and support the daily activities of FF&E Analysts responsible for Schedule A package creation for Tim Hortons restaurants. Review Schedule A packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, brand compliance, and alignment to Tim Hortons equipment standards. Provide coaching, bestpractice guidance, and quality oversight to drive consistent execution across all Analysts. Train and onboard temporary or new FF&E Analysts during peak development periods or major program waves. Schedule A Management & Escalation Support Serve as the first escalation point for roadblocks affecting Schedule A preparation, including: Followup on missing vendor quotes, pricing discrepancies, or longlead equipment items. Resolving material data gaps, item master issues, or incorrect specifications. Tracking and ensuring Schedule A documents are signed, approved, and returned on time by Franchisees, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders. Validate that Schedule A billing packages are accurate, compliant with TH requirements, and submitted within defined timelines. Procurement, Invoicing & Reconciliation Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices to Accounts Payable for all FF&E purchase orders. Work with suppliers to improve ontime invoice submission rates and resolve discrepancies. Review final equipment package reconciliations prepared by Analysts and submit to FF&E Manager for approval. Monitor alignment of PO, delivery, billing, and reconciliation data to ensure financial integrity. Process, Data & Documentation Management Maintain and continuously update the Tim Hortons Schedule A material database, including new SKUs, spec changes, and version updates. Lead initiatives that streamline Schedule A preparation, vendor coordination, and invoicing workflows. Support the creation and enhancement of SOPs, templates, documentation, and training materials specific to Tim Hortons development. Supplier & Program Support Support the FF&E Manager with demand planning aligned to the annual Tim Hortons development pipeline. Participate in monthly supplier review meetings to address: Delivery performance, backorders, and longlead risk mitigation. Invoicing compliance and processing cycle time. Inventory constraints impacting the Tim Hortons program. Schedule A material updates and order processing improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. 46 years of FF&E procurement or restaurant development experience; Tim Hortons program experience is an asset. Strong knowledge of SAP and FF&E procurement workflows. Advanced Excel skills and strong data accuracy orientation. Ability to influence crossfunctional teams and vendors in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Accuracy & Brand Compliance: Ensures Schedule A packages meet strict Tim Hortons equipment and layout standards. Issue Resolution: Removes roadblocks quickly to protect restaurant opening dates. Vendor Partnership: Drives supplier performance to meet TH development requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identifies inefficiencies and implements scalable solutions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and ontime completion rate of Schedule A packages. Billing compliance and ontime invoice submission. Analyst performance consistency and training effectiveness. Vendor performance improvements in pricing, invoicing, and lead times. Timeliness of reconciliation package approvals. Base salary range of $75,000 $95,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Companys annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
