How youll make an impact as an Onsite Manager The Onsite Manager is responsible for managing the staffing needs of our client while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team. Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service. Implement orientation program for temporary associates, which incorporates customers policies. Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively. Anticipate needs of the customer. Develop relationships: authentically connect with our client, candidates, and associates to drive their loyalty, which allows us to put more people to work. Engage our current talent in unique programs designed to provide them the development they need to be ready for their next opportunity with us. Qualifications Onsite staffing experience in a highvolume and industrial environment. Experience in management or at supervisory level. Experience in the warehousing sector is considered an asset. Availability to travel to client business sites in GTA. Team player who is highly service oriented, autonomous, patient and flexible.
