Vice President, Product Creation Development Executive Vice President of Product Creation Development responsible for shaping and executing global strategy across apparel, hardgoods/accessories, and footwear. Lead the endtoend development process from concept validation through commercialization, ensuring consistent quality, fit, performance, and innovation of our mainline products. Base pay range CA$224,000.00/yr CA$308,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Take ownership of Arcteryx global Product Creation Development strategy and lead the evolution of a comprehensive longterm strategy that amplifies innovation and operational excellence. Formulate and lead the execution of the fiveyear roadmap, including phased yearbyyear planning to support seasonal strategies for mainline product, business units, and product innovation. Act as an enterprise leader of Supply Chain across the business, amplifying operational excellence and commitment to innovation. Collaborate with key leaders from Global Supply, Raw Materials and Sourcing, and crossfunctional partners from Design, Advanced Concepts, and Merchandising on strategic alignment for mainline and innovation products. Partner with global centers in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and other regions to bring the product creation development strategy to life throughout the organization. Design and deliver compelling and persuasive design presentations to audiences of varying levels, size, and backgrounds. Uphold Fair Labor Associations Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arcteryx supply chain. Qualifications 15+ years experience leading product development, degree in textile design or related field, advanced education in design development or production. Strong influential leadership, ability to drive alignment across diverse crossfunctional stakeholders. Clear vision, align team around common objectives, foster commitment. Indepth knowledge of apparel and footwear construction, materials, pattern making, engineering, costing, bill of materials, embroidery, surface applications. Proven skills in interpreting design intent and product innovation. Proven performance history with domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers. Experience with complex project management, coordinating multistakeholder interests and crossfunctional teams. Excellent communication skills interpersonal, written, verbal. Proven track record in developing and leading execution of a multiyear business strategy. Extreme attention to detail, business acumen, analytical skills.
