Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst, within the FP&A team, will support financial planning, analysis, and business decisionmaking by providing timely and accurate financial insights. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the successful candidate will partner with crossfunctional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, while contributing to improved financial discipline across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning processes Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting performance Maintain financial models to support business and operational initiatives Decision Support & Business Partnering Partner with stakeholders to support evaluation of business initiatives Assist in translating operational activities into financial outcomesProvide analysis to support decisionmaking Performance Management & Reporting Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for management Track KPIs and provide insights on performance trends Assist with covenant monitoring and liquidity tracking Process Improvement Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and data integrity Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Possession of and/or working towards a professional qualification or postgraduate degree (CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent). 36 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Investment analysis, or Transaction support.
