Salary Range $69,000-95,000 Summary The primary duty of the Associate Human Resources Business Partner is to provide support to the client group or human resources department. Responsibilities for the position include timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS tasks, administrative reports, employee events and communications. Duties And Responsibilities Prepares biweekly timekeeping logs in Workday for submission to Corporate Payroll, responds to pay inquiries and reconciles adjustments. Tracks and submits weekly time sheets for temp agencies, submits invoices for approval and tracks hours on spreadsheet. Assists with recruiting, interviews and onboarding. Works with HR management to improve human resources functional processes. Prepares reporting for Plant Manager as requested, tracks production and maintenance KPIs and metrics. Tracks and reports on Health & Safety metrics, administers WSIB program and case management, LMS and HSE system superuser. Administrates employee uniform reimbursement and expense programs. Conducts project work as assigned by client group or human resources management. Represents organization at community activities and plans/coordinates plant events and activities. Any additional duties and tasks as required. Education, Experience And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of human resources or related experience Advanced excel skills Experience of WSIB claims management Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
