Your Mission As Delivery Manager, youll assist with the successful delivery of the companys projects across AI, Analytics and Engineering on Google Cloud. This position will suit a passionate Agile advocate with proven experience in a delivery or project manager role managing the full delivery cycle. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Technical Lead, as well as the project team, in ensuring that we are providing our clients with highvalue data and AI transformation projects and programmes, from initial solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business value realisation. What Youll Do Programme Execution & Value Realization: Lead the execution of small and mediumsized data and AI transformation projects ensuring ontime, onbudget, and highquality delivery Proactively working with the project team in linking technical deliverables directly to measurable business outcomes and tracking value realisation postdeployment Apply and improve appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Waterfall) suitable for large enterprise environments, acting as a change agent within the client''s organisation Financial & Commercial Ownership: Take full financial ownership of the project budget, forecasting resources and revenue, tracking resource burn rate, and driving high margins and profitability Own account health, proactively identifying and managing key stakeholders, financial forecasts, and strategic risks (RAID management) across the entire portfolio, and working with the project team to identify renewals and upselling opportunities to grow the account Executive Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong communication and expectation management with technical project team members, with the ability to seamlessly translate between technical and business stakeholders Manage communications and expectations at the executive and Csuite levels (clientside and internal), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust. Apply effective project governance systems appropriate for the size of the enterprise engagements Team & Organizational Development: Contribute to process, operational efficiency, and excellence within the Delivery function, continually challenging how we operate in the efforts of evolving our project management frameworks. What Youll Bring Project management/delivery management experience some of which are within a management consultancy, SaaS provider or tech startup. Previous experience with data and/or analytics projects, ML/AI and/or public cloud. Proven variouslevel stakeholder management experience (clientside and internal). Experience in the presales and commercial process, including understanding of SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software. A natural, engaging, and highly effective communicator and negotiator. Desire to join a diverse, multinational team of ML & AI enthusiasts. Passion for innovative technological solutions. Bonus Points If You Have: Prior experience in startup / scaleup. Multilingual (especially but not limited to German and French). Agile Project Management, or Scrum certification. Whats in It for You?
