As Senior Program Manager (Tools & Technology), youll own the digital platforms and system capabilities that power our Door-toDoor sales channel. Youll lead the evolution of technology that transforms how our teams sell and how customers experience our brands. Youll champion capital programs that matterbuilding and evolving tools that elevate the entire customer journey and optimize sales rep experiences. What Youll Do Deliver and support critical projects that elevate customer journey and system experience across the D2D channel Represent and champion bestinclass digital experience for D2D sales, supporting multibrand, multisegment transactions organizationwide Represent and advocate for capital programs supporting D2D sales platforms Partner with stakeholders to deliver new system capabilities and drive evolution of the channel application ecosystem Oversee platform evolution, release strategy, and delivery of new capabilities across channelspecific applications Work directly with sales channel leadership to understand team needs and identify how platform enhancements can unlock performance Develop and present platform roadmaps, evolve delivery models and operational processes, and communicate committed release scope to leadership teams Qualifications What you bring Strong product management and platform strategy expertise Demonstrated experience managing release cycles, roadmap planning, and capitalbacked initiatives Ability to translate business and sales channel needs into scalable system capabilities Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills Excellent communication and executive presentation capability Analytical mindset with ability to assess performance impact of system enhancements University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field MBA considered an asset 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, digital platforms, or technologyenabled transformation Experience supporting sales channels or frontline execution environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
