Responsibilities Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and ensure applicable activities fit within the overall project framework. Chair project M&E meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solving complex technical issues. Monitor a projects material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted. Manage the project commissioning team to provide a record of systems performance. Prepare and implement training programs to ensure a successful transition from the construction team to facility management. Qualifications You have an Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training. Mechanical or Electrical Design experience considered an asset. Experienced in the management of the projects end to end (scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.). You have 57 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions.
