We design thoughtful, high-quality products that look as good as they function.We sell primarily through our own DTC channel, alongside marketplaces, and a growing retail footprint. The business is scaling quickly, and were focused on building something that lasts.The RoleWe're looking for a high-performance Growth Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition and affiliate strategy across all channels. This is a hands-on role; youll be in the weeds creating and building campaigns, running reports and doing the research.You'll be responsible for profitably growing revenue through paid media, affiliate marketing and other emerging channels. You'll work closely with creative and brand teams to build the programs that fuel Tuft & Paw's next phase of growth.What You'll OwnPerformance Marketing - DTCPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon and Connected TV (CTV)Oversee creative testing frameworks in partnership with the brand team. Iterate quickly based on performance signalsOwn channel-level budgets, pacing, and performance targets, including CAC, ROAS, and LTV-to-CAC ratiosDrive continuous testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pagesAffiliate & MarketplaceManage and grow marketplace advertising programs for Amazon and ChewyOwn retail media strategy for Uber Eats and Instacart, including sponsored product campaigns, promotions, and incrementality analysisManage our existing affiliate program and identify and onboard new affiliate and partnership opportunities that extend reach and drive incremental salesAnalytics & ReportingMaintain rigorous reporting on all growth channels. Weekly performance dashboards, monthly deep-dives, and ad-hoc analysisDevelop and own a test-and-learn roadmap with clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and documented learningsTranslate data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teamsWhat We're Looking ForRequired4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct ownership of paid media campaignsProven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Connected TV; not just familiarity, but fluencyDeep ecommerce background, ideally in a DTC-first or omnichannel brand context. Experience with Shopify a plusExperience advertising on AmazonStrong command of growth metrics: LTV, CAC, AOV, payback period, ROAS, contribution marginFamiliarity with MMM (media mix modelling), incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution toolsExperience managing total performance budgets of $250K/month or greaterStrong analytical skills comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboardsNice to HaveBackground in CPG brands, particularly in a high-frequency consumables category (e.g. litter, food, supplements)Direct experience in the pet industry you understand the category, the consumer, and what drives purchase decisionsExperience with subscription or auto-replenish models and the metrics that govern themHands-on experience with retail media platforms (Instacart Ads, Uber Eats Ads, or similar)Comfort working inside a data warehouse environment (e.g. BigQuery, Looker, or similar)Experience at a startup or scale-up where you've had to build programs from scratchWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary commensurate with experienceFully remote role based in CanadaMeaningful ownership and direct impact on company strategyA lean, high-trust team that moves fastNext steps: Email and let me know why you'd be a great fit for the role.
