Discoverhow you can build your career with Dilawri Position Overview The BDC Appointment Coordinator is based in Regina,Saskatchewan and reports directly to the BDC Manager. This role is a key memberof the Business Development Centre (BDC) team, providing centralizedappointment coordination and customer engagement services for multipledealership locations. The BDC team plays a strategic role in drivingservice department performance by ensuring consistent customer follow-up,maximizing appointment show rates, and identifying opportunities to improvecustomer retention and satisfaction. Through proactive outbound communicationand effective use of customer relationship management systems, this positiondirectly contributes to increased service revenue, operational efficiency, andan elevated customer experience across all supported dealerships. As a primary point of contact for servicecustomers, the BDC Appointment Coordinator helps build long-term customerrelationships while supporting the organizations commitment to excellence inservice and customer care. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for appointmentcoordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer contact,service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers. Identifyand qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area ofservice and customer care. This roleprovides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types andsoftware applications. 85+ Servicecalls minimum is required per day. Qualifications Required Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on thetelephone. Clear and pleasant voice qualityis required for telephone communication. Attention to detail to ensureall customer requests and information is correctly entered. Ability to learn multiplesoftware applications. Focus on exceptional customerservice. Previous service experience isconsidered an asset.
