Senior Specialist - Performance & Talent Management Date Posted Country: Canada Location The Opportunity: The Senior Specialist, Performance & Talent Management plays a critical role in operationalizing talent programs and turning data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, this role focuses on execution, analysis, system configuration, and leader support to ensure performance and engagement processes run smoothly and deliver value. Reason for vacancy: Existing Headcount Compensation: $69,000 - $104,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short-term incentive Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Program Execution & Support Execute key components of performance management and engagement survey cycles, including system configuration, communications, and training support. Support leaders and HRBPs with tools, job aids, and process guidance. Data & Insights Analyze engagement survey results and performance data to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities. Produce dashboards, reports, and summaries that support decisionmaking and action planning. Leadership & Talent Processes Support leadership talent reviews and succession planning logistics, materials, and data preparation. Assist in preparing insights and summaries for leadership discussions. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and user experience. Stay current on best practices in performance and engagement. HR Systems Administration Administer SuccessFactors modules related to performance, goals, development, and succession. Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades. What Youll Bring: Strong track record of performance in HR, Talent Management, or People Analytics. Experience working with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors strongly preferred). Strong analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and deliverables. Strong written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to work independently while partnering closely with the Talent and Performance Programs Manager. The above compensation reflects the target compensation for the position at the time of posting. The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, jobrelated knowledge, and other organizational requirements. For parttime roles, salaries are adjusted according to scheduled hours. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in Maple Leafs annual shortterm incentive plan.
