You will work with a diverse group of talented individuals, providing solutions to complex challenges. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery from concept to launch. You will coordinate with various teams across engineering, product, compliance, and operations to ensure the projects meet regulatory and performance standards. Duties and Responsibilities: The key job functions are: Plan and manage multiple software development projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives. Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, compliance, and UX/UI designers. Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and performance standards specific to the fintech industry. Participate in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Proactively identify risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and adjusting project plans as necessary. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in project delivery. Work with leadership to prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and compliance impact. Education: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Qualifications: Must pass a criminal and credit check. Must be willing to work full inoffice. Experience: A minimum of 36 years of experience managing software projects, preferably in the fintech, banking, or financial services sectors. Previous software development experience in JavaScript. Previous experience delivering APIdriven financial platforms, payment gateways, lending systems, or trading platforms is highly preferred. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps environments is beneficial. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a keen sense for managing diverse personalities and stakeholder needs. Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization, and decisionmaking skills. Strong ability to manage project schedules, release timelines, and sprint planning with an eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders and project teams. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt in a fastpaced, everchanging environment. Base Salary: $90,000-125,000 per year The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
