As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate individual whos ready to build strong relationships with producers and drive success in the agricultural sector. What Youll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers. Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrate valueadded solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support. Provide exceptional aftersales assistance and product training to maintain longterm partnerships. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities. Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required. What You Bring A background in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience). Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role. Solid understanding of farming operations and ag machinery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills. Selfmotivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
