Job Title: Process Re-Engineering Consultant Work Model: Hybrid Job Overview The Process Re-Engineering Consultant plays a key role in driving operational excellence across Treasury Operations through a 9-month transformation engagement. This role focuses on improving end-to-end processes, enhancing controls, and enabling technology-driven efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Process Review & Analysis Lead deep-dive process reviews with cross-functional teams to assess current-state workflows, risks, and control gaps Document findings, inefficiencies, and recommendations in a clear, structured manner Conduct process mapping and workflow documentation to support analysis and decision-making Action Planning & Execution Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define execution roadmaps for process improvements Support prioritization, effort estimation, and milestone planning Drive follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and accountability of action items Process Tracking & Governance Develop and maintain process improvement trackers including actions, owners, timelines, risks, and dependencies Monitor progress, identify blockers, and elevate risks to leadership when required Maintain documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements Measurement & Reporting Define and track benefit realization metrics (efficiency gains, risk reduction, throughput improvements) Analyze and report on progress, outcomes, and value delivered Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate collaboration between business teams, Finance/Treasury leadership, and IT partners Provide advisory support and best practices on process improvement initiatives Align stakeholders and manage competing priorities across teams Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 510 years of experience in Finance, Treasury Operations, process optimization, or management consulting Proven experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives Strong understanding of Finance/Treasury operations (payments processing preferred) Technical Skills Experience with SQL, Power BI, and data analysis tools Familiarity with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) Exposure to ERP systems, Treasury platforms, or workflow automation tools Benefits This role offers a high-visibility opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level transformation within Treasury Operations.
