Were seeking a sharp, businessminded Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the revenue to cash processes in a highgrowth, cuttingedge AI company. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to support and scale our accounting function. Responsibilities Execute periodend close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and other relevant working papers Manage vendor bills to ensure they are accounted, reviewed and paid for in accordance with relevant policies Manage Accounts Receivable and collections effort, partnering with our Sales team Manage and review expense reports for our employees Assist payroll processing for the company and overseas subsidiaries Support crossfunctional teams to optimize operating activities and facilitate strong information flow Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business 1 year or less of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of general accounting principles Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to be an effective individual contributor by planning, executing and delivering projects in a timely manner Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced Inoffice meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees Compensation Crestas approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people.
