This role is focused on coordination, performance tracking, and operational support across multiple delivery channels to ensure strategy is executed consistently and effectively.This is a role for someone with a foundation in marketing or advertising who wants to grow into a strategic, client-facing position.REQUIREMENTS1 to 3 years of relevant experience in media, performance, and DTC marketing.Education or experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related fieldFamiliarity with digital marketing channels and agency environments is preferredESSENTIAL QUALITIESStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple timelines, requests, and dependenciesComfort working cross-functionally with multiple delivery teamsClear written and verbal communicationTHE DAY-TO-DAYAct as the day-to-day point of coordination with delivery teams across Google, Meta, TikTok, Email, Retention, Pinterest, and Creative ProductionTrack requests, timelines, and dependencies across channelsEnsure teams have what they need to execute without bottlenecksPerformance & ReportingTrack account performance and key KPIs across channelsSupport reporting by pulling data, organizing insights, and flagging trends or issuesMaintain a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what needs attentionClient & Meeting SupportBuild meeting agendas and ensure meetings are well-structuredCapture notes, decisions, and action itemsOwn follow-ups and ensure commitments are completed on timeAccount OperationsMaintain account documentation, timelines, and task trackingSupport onboarding and ongoing account hygieneHelp ensure a consistent and professional client experienceABOUT THE POSITIONYoull work closely with Senior Strategists to support execution across multiple performance channels.
