Rate of Pay: $31.41 $37.50 Department: Administration Start Date: As Soon As Possible Job Summary Atikokan Health and Community Services is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment and is able to manage complex schedules, communications, and priorities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Qualifications Postsecondary diploma or degree in business administration, health administration, public administration or related field. Requires a minimum of 5 7 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably within healthcare, public sector or a complex organization. Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and in a team environment. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines including competency in working with all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to produce an accurate record of meetings, compose routine correspondence and reports, maintain meeting schedules and schedule appointments for executive staff. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Experience supporting Board Governance processes is considered an asset.
