What youll do Proactively engage SMB, franchise and multilocation restaurant groups through outbound calls, email, social selling, and events Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the AE team Book highquality meetings that convert into revenue Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results Confidently communicate the value of 7shifts and how we solve real restaurant challenges Conduct discovery and qualification calls using a targeted, consultative approach Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and opportunity quotas Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to optimize outreach strategies Stay informed on restaurant technology trends and the competitive landscape Identify process gaps and share feedback to help improve the Franchise sales motion Represent 7shifts at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality conferences (travel as needed) What you bring Experience in a quotacarrying outbound or BDR/SDR role Proven experience executing outbound outreach and building thoughtful, effective sequences to engage prospects Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence, curiosity, and a consultative mindset Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfort working in a fastmoving, resultsdriven environment A competitive, goaloriented mentality A positive, teamfirst attitude and passion for sales Itd be even cooler if you had Salesforce or CRM experience SaaS experience Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry Compensation The base compensation range for this position is CAD $48,000 - CAD $72,000 plus sales commission. This range reflects the full growth path for the role, from building core skills to accomplished performance, through to role mastery. We typically target the accomplished level when hiring externally. At this level, individuals bring relevant experience in the role, demonstrate strong jobrelated skills, operate with confidence and consistency, and are able to deliver impact with limited rampup while still having meaningful opportunity to grow. Compensation at 7shifts is performance and growthdriven. As you develop your skills and expand your impact over time, your compensation grows with you. Your specific placement within this range is based on your jobrelated skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as our internal equity assessment.
