This role requires the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, process documentation, manuals, and reference materialsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content tailored to different audiencesDevelop professional PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, executive briefings, and project updatesCollaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather accurate and relevant informationEnsure all documentation aligns with organizational standards, branding guidelines, and best practicesReview and update existing documentation to reflect changes in systems, processes, or productsManage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-focused roleExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookDemonstrated ability to create clear, well-structured, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentNote: We use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting.
