Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.We are looking for Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years in Loan Origination, to join our rapidly growing team across regions.If you enjoy leading modules independently, teams and task assignments, and are knowledgeable in Retail Loan Origination System across different products and the functionalities to be implemented in the application, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.What you will be doing:Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specificationsConduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologiesAble to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XDIdentify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutionsWhat we are looking for:7+ years of relevant working experienceBachelors Degree in IT, Computer ScienceImplemented multiple large-scale RLOS solutions in the last 5+ years and hands-on experience in managing complex business requirementsDeep know-how of Retail Banking concepts and loan processes & operations (including Loan Origination, Loan Service/Management, Credit Policy rules)Good understanding of Retail Banking Operations and Functions especially in Retail LendingHands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniquesExperience in Core Banking Systems, Banking operations, End of Day& Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations.Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agilePossess excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitudeHands-on Experience in Retail Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plusWhat we are offering:Remote Freedom, Your Way: At VeriPark we believe in the power of talent, no matter where it resides.
