Were a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for an Operations Manager to help drive the systems, processes, and execution that keep our business running smoothly.This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, analytical, and proactive someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership across multiple parts of the business.ResponsibilitiesManage inventory across systems and warehouse locationsCreate and manage purchase orders and support replenishment planningCoordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flowAct as the primary liaison with warehouse partners, ensuring strong communication and smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory operationsProactively resolve operational issues related to fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, and returnsMonitor inventory accuracy and help maintain clean operational data across systemsImprove internal processes and reporting to support efficiency and scaleSupport forecasting, promotional planning, and peak operational readinessCollaborate closely with customer experience and finance to resolve cross-functional issuesQualifications35+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or ecommerce operationsStrong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and operational systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and confidence working with external partnersAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentEcommerce experience strongly preferredNice to HaveShopify experienceCin7 or ERP familiarityExperience working with 3PLs or warehouse operationsCompensation & Benefits$75,000 base salaryPaid time offBenefitsComplimentary Kilne productsLocationRemote
