Snaplii supports 500+ leading brands including Walmart, Amazon, and Esso, with a platform fully built and maintained in-houseengineered to scale and support a growing suite of financial products.About the RoleThis is not a feature PM role this is end-to-end ownership of a banking-like product.ResponsibilitiesOwn the user account / balance / deposit product (similar to checking / wallet)Design and optimize funding flows (bank app, debit wallet, withdrawals)Work closely with sponsor banks / banking partnersDefine and implement money movement infrastructureEnsure compliance with Canadian financial regulations (KYC, AML, safeguarding, etc.)Collaborate with engineering to build scalable ledger / transaction systemsImprove conversion, retention, and balance growth QualificationsWere looking for someone who has actually built or owned a real financial account product.Required SkillsExperience owning a deposit / checking / wallet / account productStrong understanding of money movement: bank transfers (EFT/ACH equivalent) debit funding withdrawals & settlementExperience working with sponsor banks or banking partnersFamiliarity with compliance & regulatory constraints (KYC/AML)Ability to translate real-world financial flows into product & system designStrong ownership mindset able to drive from 0 1 and scale Preferred SkillsStrong candidates typically come from:Digital banks (Wealthsimple, Tangerine, Koho, PC Financial, etc.)Banks with fintech partnerships (EQ Bank, DC Bank, ATB, etc.)Payment / wallet companies with stored balance systemsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
