Position Title: HRBP, North America Department: Human Resources Entity: CS e-Storage Reports To: Global HR Manager Location: Texas (remote) or Kitchener (office based) About the Role We are seeking a handson HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fastgrowing eStorage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with daytoday execution. Youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness Drive change management initiatives in a highgrowth environment HandsOn HR Delivery Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Support compensation and promotion processes Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities Systems & Data (Workday) Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems Use insights to inform decisionmaking and improve business outcomes Recruitment and Retention Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs Drive employee engagement and retention initiativesChampion company culture and values across the eStorage business Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment Strong working knowledge of Workday (transactions, reporting, data management) Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energyrelated businesses is a plus Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels What Were Looking For Someone who is comfortable ''in the weeds'' while keeping a strategic lens A proactive problemsolver with a strong sense of ownership Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a scaling organization High attention to detail with strong execution capability What Its Like to Work Here At eSTORAGE, youre more than just an employeeyoure part of a team that values your ideas, background, and unique perspective.
