Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually Position: Senior Infrastructure Analyst Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire About the Role We are seeking a high-level Infrastructure Administrator to manage our diverse, multi-cloud environment. You will be responsible for our Windows Server 2022 on-premise footprint while working with the team as an administrator for a split-platform productivity suite consisting of both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex challenges. Strategic Tech Stack Responsibilities Multi-Tenant Mail Administration: Manage high-level administration for both M365 (Exchange Online) and Google Workspace. Ensure seamless mail delivery, calendar sharing, and global address list (GAL) synchronization between the two platforms. Hybrid Identity & SSO: Maintain On-Premise Active Directory as the ''Source of Truth,'' utilizing Azure AD Connect and ensuring security with our MFA solution. Windows Server 2022 Lifecycle: Oversee on-site physical and virtual server infrastructure, focusing on high availability, HyperV management, and local file/print services. Azure Cloud Operations: Manage Azure IaaS (VMs, Networking, Storage) and explore PaaS opportunities to reduce on-premise technical debt. Cross-Platform Security: Implement and monitor security posture across both clouds and onpremise while working closely with our Cyber Security team. Operational Efficiency: Follow change management processes, perform regular maintenance, and assist with operational tickets as needed. Architecture Design: Recommend and implement technology and infrastructure solutions that best support the business needs. Requirements Directory Services Expertise Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Group Policy management. Experience with Okta or similar identity platforms is considered an asset. Messaging & Email Infrastructure Strong understanding of email authentication and routing protocols, including MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, particularly within split-domain environments. Windows Server Administration Advanced experience managing Windows Server 2022 environments, including Storage Spaces Direct and Hybrid Cloud Print configurations. Productivity Platforms Dual-platform expertise administering both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (Google Admin Console), including user, security, and tenant-level management. Automation & Scripting Proficiency in PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory automation, along with experience using GAM (Google Apps Manager) for Google Workspace administration.
