Description:Looking for a candidate having at least 6+ years of experience in EDI Analyst who is willing tosupport our esteemed customer for onboarding partners (customers / vendors / ASPs / 3PLs) forit global supply chain management operations. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle ofpartner onboarding, from initial requirement gathering and documentation to post-go-livetransaction monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of EDIstandards, excellent coordination skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs intotechnical specifications.Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical contact for new trading partners during the onboardingphase. Conduct detailed meetings to understand and document the partners specific EDIbusiness requirements and processes. Evaluate and interpret implementation guides (X12, EDIFACT) to define integrationscope and complexity. Analyze the partner's EDI structure against our internal system capabilities. Create detailed Co-relation/Mapping Documents that translate external EDI segmentsand elements into internal system fields and vice-versa. Document any required data transformation, validation rules, and business logicnecessary for a successful integration. Collaborate closely with the Middleware/Integration Development team forimplementation of mapping documents and technical specifications Perform end-to-end testing (SIT and UAT) of the new EDI maps within the internalsystem environment as well as with parnter & business teams Monitor and track Golden Transactions immediately post go-live, troubleshoot andresolve production issues. Effectively working in a team environment, collaborating with internal & externalstakeholders.Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,or a related field. 6+ years of experience working as an EDI Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in anIT or Supply Chain environment. Should posses deep understanding of common EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and musthave hands-on expereince with EDI (X12) files Thorough understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Procurement-to-Pay) businessprocesses. Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTP/S) and proficientin using EDI Integration platforms such as Dell Boomi Fair understanding of using / navigating through SAP UI (specifically in SD/MM modulesrelated to O2C, and P2P) to facilitate troubleshooting and data validation Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complextechnical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous partner integrations and prioritize taskseffectively. Willingness to work in IST / PST Timzone to support global operations.
