Our company is seeking an Publisher Onboarding Specialist to support the successful and efficient onboarding of new publisher partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring publishers are set up efficiently, accurately, and positioned for long-term success.In this role you will work cross-functionally with the Account Management, Technical Solutions, Yield Operations, and Product teams to guide publisher partners from contract signature through go-live and initial performance validation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding execution for newly signed publishers, including site audits, ad unit recommendations, implementation coordination, and launch readinessAssist with pre-launch validation checks, ensuring all required ad placements, tag integrations, ad partner implementations, and configuration requirements are completed accurately prior to launchExecute post-launch QA reviews to confirm ad units are firing correctly and identify any issues related to loading, rendering, or performanceEscalate technical or performance related issues to the appropriate internal teams and track through resolutionMaintain accurate onboarding documentation, including implementation notes, internal guides, and launch recordsPartner closely with the team Lead to ensure onboarding timelines, accuracy, and deliverables are metSupport a clean and consistent handoff to Account Management following successful onboarding and validationQualifications1-2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related fieldFamiliarity with programmatic advertising concepts (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Header Bidding, SSPs)Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on execution accuracy and process adherenceComfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalNice to HaveExperience working with Google Ad ManagerExposure to Prebid, Amazon TAM/APS, or other header bidding solutionsExperience with CRM or project management tools such as Hubspot or ClickupBasic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)What Success Looks Like in This RolePublishers are consistently launched on time with minimal issuesOnboarding handoffs are seamless and well documentedEarly performance trends meet or exceed expectationsContinuous improvements are identified and implemented across the onboarding workflow
