Title: Technical Product Manager Travel Tech (B2T) Bilingual EN/ES - RSH (Royal Scenic Holidays)Reporting to: VP Product -B2BDescriptionWe are seeking a highimpact Technical Product Manager to own and scale our digital channels as we accelerate growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen our market presence.In this role, you will lead endtoend product strategy and execution across our digital platforms, with full accountability for product development, performance, analytics, and content implementation. You will play a critical role in driving measurable outcomes across customer conversion, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall customer satisfaction.This is a highly visible opportunity to define and execute a product roadmap aligned to a clear business vision, informed by market trends, customer insights, and datadriven analytics within the travel and tourism space. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, customercentric digital solutions that support the companys growth strategy.Role OverviewProduct Strategy & Vision Define and maintain the product vision and implementing brand strategy by working closely with different stakeholders across the company to achieve strategic goals. Analyze market trends, airline distribution changes (NDC, GDS, direct connect), and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Align product goals with business objectives such as conversion rate optimization, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.Product Development & Execution Own the product roadmap for search, fare display, booking flows, ancillary upsells, and payment experiences. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and QA to deliver high quality features on time. Performance & Optimization Monitor fare competitiveness and partner performance to ensure strong commercial outcomes. Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per search, attach rate for ancillaries, and booking success rate. Conduct A/B tests to improve search relevance, pricing display, and checkout flows. Use analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for revenue uplift. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and SEO/SEM initiatives. Work with customer service and operations to resolve booking issues and improve post purchase experiences. Align with finance and revenue management teams on pricing strategies and forecasting. Required Skills & Experience 37 years of product management experience, ideally in travel, ecommerce, or marketplace environments. Strong understanding of airline distribution systems (GDS, NDC, direct connect APIs). Experience with digital booking flows, payments, and conversion optimization. Fluency in English is a must as this position will be coordinating with stake holders across North America. Technical & Analytical Skills Ability to work with APIs, schemas, and technical documentation. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, PowerBI). Strong quantitative skills and comfort with experimentation frameworks.
