Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this role is accountable for program delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Program Manager provides direction to Project Managers, manages program-level risks and dependencies, and ensures alignment between delivery execution and business objectives. This role requires strong commercial awareness, operational discipline, and the ability to bring structure to complex, multi-stream environments. Travel: Team: Project Management OfficeResponsibilitiesOwn delivery of complex programs spanning multiple projects and technical domainsLead and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and delivery qualityAct as escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and dependenciesManage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin performanceDevelop and maintain program roadmaps aligned to client objectivesIdentify account growth opportunities and strengthen client relationshipsEnsure alignment to scope, timelines, and contractual obligations, including SLAsDefine and track KPIs and SLAs to measure program performanceLead cross-functional coordination across delivery, engineering, operations, and client stakeholdersEstablish program governance, reporting, and decision frameworksDrive customer success and retention through consistent delivery performanceDesign and improve operational processes to support delivery and managed servicesPrioritize initiatives across the portfolio based on strategic value and capacityIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and predictabilitySupport transition from project-based delivery to managed servicesMandatory SkillsStrong communication skills10+ years of IT program or project management experience in a client-facing environmentExperience managing large, complex programs across multiple concurrent projectsStrong financial management, including forecasting and margin accountabilityExperience leading and governing delivery teamsImportant Skills & QualificationsBusiness process design, Business Transformation, and continuous improvementStrategic roadmap developmentCustomer success and retention in a services environmentOperational process design within delivery or managed servicesManaged services experienceKPI/SLA definition and performance managementPortfolio prioritization and capacity planningPMP certification or equivalentTertiary education in Engineering, IT, or related fieldDesirable Skills & QualificationsExperience across infrastructure, applications, data, and integration programsExperience transitioning clients from project delivery to managed servicesDesirable Candidate QualitiesStrong leadership presence without relying on authorityCommercially focused with sound judgment on trade-offsComfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structureProactive in identifying risks and opportunitiesEffective stakeholder management at executive and operational levelsWilling to challenge and hold teams accountableOutcome-focused
