Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this role is accountable for program delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Program Manager provides direction to Project Managers, manages program-level risks and dependencies, and ensures alignment between delivery execution and business objectives. This role requires strong commercial awareness, operational discipline, and the ability to bring structure to complex, multi-stream environments.
