Our company, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who operates at the intersection of AI-driven product development, systems thinking, and business strategy. As design evolves beyond craft into a critical driver of intelligent product experiences, this role is central to how our company builds, ships, and iterates at scale.You are a designer who thinks in systems and speaks the language of business. You understand how to define measurable outcomes, translate research into actionable specs, and work within AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. How Youll Make an ImpactPlatform and Systems Thinking: Lead the design of intuitive and scalable user experiences across our platform, incorporating deep systems thinking to ensure consistency, coherence, and composability across complex product surfaces.AI-Driven Design: Integrate AI-assisted tooling into the design workflowfrom generative prototyping and research synthesis to spec automationand help define the companys internal standards for how AI is incorporated into the design lifecycle.Spec-Driven Development: Produce detailed, structured design specifications that enable high-fidelity engineering handoffs and support AI-assisted downstream processes, reducing ambiguity and accelerating delivery.User Research: Lead user research initiativesincluding interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiry, and behavioral analysisto ground design decisions in evidence rather than assumption.Data-Driven Design: Define and track design KPIs and success metrics; use analytics platforms and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement post-launch.Business Alignment: Partner with product management and senior leadership to align design direction with business goals and OKRsarticulating design decisions in terms of user outcomes and revenue impact.Design System: Contribute to and extend the companys design system, ensuring components are documented, reusable, and aligned with both design and engineering standards.Problem-Solving: Identify user issues and business goals to define design opportunities, connecting qualitative and quantitative signals into prioritized, actionable direction.Collaboration: Work effectively across product, engineering, and data teams;
