Job Title: Bilingual Clinical Coordinator Location: Ottawa, ONLocation 2: CanadaRemote: YesBusiness Unit: HealthDepartment: Pharma Patient Support Job Type: Full-time Position OverviewCalian Patient Support Programs is looking for a Full-time/Permanent Bilingual Clinical Coordinator. The Bilingual Clinical Coordinator provides exceptional support to patients, prescribers, and pharmacies in a patient support program. Summary of Position: The Clinical Coordinator (CC) assists patients with a specific medication prescribed by their physician. They assist the patients by organizing and scheduling services offered by the patient support program.Responsibilities Perform an in-depth review of multiple data files from External Service Providers for select Patient Support Programs (PSP). Identify possible Adverse events within data files. Prepare an Adverse Event Report corresponding to every identified Adverse Event. Review quality of report with great attention to detail and submit the AE reports to local Patient Safety department. Reconcile case number provided by Patient Safety Department. Track all AE reports with corresponding case number for quarterly AE reconciliation by PSP. Continuously ensure compliance with Novartis Global and local procedures, national and international regulations, standards and guidelines for all pharmacovigilance of Novartis products. Support ongoing projects within PSP Team. Fulfill other duties as required. Qualifications College degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of call center experience. Minimum 1 year of PSP or relevant experience. Fully bilingual (English and French), both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems. Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service and compliance. Collaborative team player who also works independently. Adaptable and open to continuous improvement.Additional Requirements Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen Must be able to travel up to 10% of time, including weekend or overnight, and to work extended hours to support operations requirements.Compensation: $50,000 - $53,000 per year.Working hours: Monday to Friday between 9AM to 5PM EST or 9:30AM-5:30PM EST
