The Opportunity:Our client, a growing and evolving multi-site healthcare business, is seeking a Vice President, Regional Operations Leader to join their team.This is a critical and highly hands-on hire, brought in to support a segment of the business that requires stronger day-to-day operational execution and oversight.The organization is undergoing a structural shift, with a separation between strategy/program development and on-the-ground operational execution. This role will sit firmly on the execution side, acting as a true operator within the business.This role is suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move quickly from one issue to the next, and is comfortable stepping directly into clinics to identify problems, implement solutions, and drive performance.What Youll Be Doing:Act as a hands-on operator across a portfolio of clinics, stepping into sites where there are performance gaps or operational challengesDiagnose issues across clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and P&L performance, and implement immediate, practical solutionsPartner closely with Regional Leaders and clinic teams to drive accountability and execution on key initiativesSupport day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring there are no missed opportunities across scheduling, capacity, and revenue optimizationOperate as a right hand to senior leadership, executing on priorities and initiatives in real timeMove fluidly across the business, focusing efforts where they are most needed week-to-weekReinforce operational discipline and consistency across clinics, particularly in more mature or underperforming locationsProvide on-the-ground support rather than building programs ensuring strategies developed by leadership are effectively executedWhat Youll Need to Be Successful:Strong operational leadership experience within a multi-site healthcare or clinical environment (dental experience is highly preferred)Deep understanding of clinic-level operations, including scheduling, workflow, and financial performance driversHighly hands-on, execution-focused mindset, someone who prefers being in the field versus behind a deskAbility to quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and implement solutions without overcomplicatingComfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environment with shifting prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work alongside Regional Leaders and clinic teamsAgile and adaptable, able to pivot focus based on where the business needs support mostCompensation Range: Base Salary of $180,000 - $200,000
