Read our colleagues stories at a Manager, Tax (Transfer Pricing) your responsibilities will include:Demonstrating an experiencedlevel of understanding of transfer pricing concepts and current practiceProject planning and engagement managementManaging client relationships and expectationsDeveloping and delivering effective clientfocused strategiesInteracting and communicating effectively with clients across Canada, and colleagues around the worldReport, letter, memo and proposal drafting and reviewAdvising clients on compliance, planning and controversy mattersCoaching our staff and playing an active role in professional developmentReviewing the work of staff and colleaguesAssisting in the resolution of tax authority auditsAssisting clients with Competent Authority mattersPlaying an active role in the implementation of our adviceMaking presentations to colleagues, clients and other groupsIdentifying and supporting new business opportunities and practice development initiativesThink youve got what it takes to be a Manager, Tax (Transfer Pricing)? Heres a few more boxes were also hoping you can tick:Bachelors or masters degree in economics, business, law, finance, and/or an accounting designation (CFA, CBV, JD/LLB or LLM)4+ years of transfer pricing experience at a professional services firm, or a combination of tax authority and professional services experienceProven analytical, problemsolving, communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skillsSignificant experience with business writingStrong knowledge of financial and management accountingExperience managing a small team is a strong assetA strong commitment to client service, and attention to detailCompensationWe benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factorsyour background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. The current salary range for this role is $96,800 to $133,100 in Toronto, ON.
